Especially when it comes to your business. You need someone reliable who shares the same excitement as you do for your passions, someone who is interested in you and the whys for creating what you have created. You’re working hard to help your audience, but who is working hard to help you?

Let me introduce myself. My name is Lauren Scheff, I am a health-focused copywriter in Nashville, Tennessee. I always knew I was going to be a writer, as I have been telling stories since before I even knew how to write the alphabet! I love stories and I love dreams, and it is an honor when someone shares with me their own story, let alone involves me in it. Knowing what inspires someone is what inspires me.

Although dreams are an essential part of the story, I know firsthand the path to making them a reality is not all sunshine and rainbows. I was born into an entrepreneurial family and have been working since my early teens in customer service as well as producing web content and creating signage for their businesses. My parents taught me what determination and perseverance are, instilling a mindset in me which keeps perspective at the core of everything I do, giving me the skillset to communicate what you want to communicate through creative, yet clear, writing.

An early way I found to communicate a topic I was (and still am) passionate about was through my first published article on Buddy Project, an online non-profit that focuses on suicide prevention by pairing those who feel alone with a "buddy" to raise awareness for mental health. Writing the article was liberating for a seventeen-year-old who wanted to use her voice for the better, and I found myself inspired by the feedback of people relating to how they "hadn't heard anyone grasp [the concept] so accurately." Through this, I also felt less alone.

And you don't have to feel alone either! As I have said, I want to help grow those branches on your tree so you can stretch out and capture the attention of those who should know about you and your business. You have a lot to offer, and I want people to see that.
