4 Ingredient No-Bake Honey Masala Chai Breakfast Bars

Have you ever woken up late with no time to make breakfast? Even with time, making a breakfast that is filling and energizing early in the morning can be challenging. These easy no-bake breakfast bars are full of protein, caffeine, fats, and fiber, which will stabilize your appetite, boost your brain, and keep the low-blood-sugar-you from emerging. An added bonus? They are gluten-free and vegetarian! To make them vegan, just swap the honey for maple syrup. Enjoy your breakfast and caffeine in one!

  • 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond butter

  • ½ cup honey

  • 1½ tbsp masala chai powder

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, melt almond butter and honey together. Add the masala chai powder, and then the oats. Stir until completely combined.

  3. Pour into pan, making sure to evenly spread mixture into all corners, until even. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until firm.

  4. Cut into bars and enjoy! These bars keep in the refrigerator for two weeks.
